Description: Medics who practice offensive medical techniques must develop a very different mindset than traditional medics, using the same precision and knowledge base as a medic to cause the most damage and inflict the most pain, rather than mitigate damage and relive pain. As a result the offensive medic possesses the same knowledge of key arteries and vital areas on the human body as a medic but carries that knowledge to combat making them a feared and dangerous opponent. Fighting comes down to anatomy, even normal ninja have some understanding of the human body from the battles they experience but even at the early stages the user's knowledge of anatomy surpasses that of most ninja from the standpoint of biology, enabling them to become much more deadly fighters in te long run.This jutsu allows the user to aim at the vital or most sensitive areas on their target with basic attacks with out having to stop and look for them.

Name: Twinge
Description: A very simple but effective use of the offensive medics understanding of the human bodys sensitive spots for a practical use, the offensive medic needs only to grasp part of an attacker and press a finger or thumb in to their flesh to press up against a targeted sensitive point and inflict a small degree of pain, enough to break concentration in some situations and potentially cause a grapsing attacker to momentarily tense up and provide a split second in which the user can escape

Name: Combat surgeons finesse
Description: This technique allows the user to bring surgical tools such as scalpels to full use on the battlefield, performing surgical cuts with the speed and power of kunai slashes with out losing the level of surgical accuracy in the speed, this requires a far greater level of hand eye co-ordination than simple surgery but can be instrumental in taking the users knowledge of the human body and learning to dismantle opponents in ways unreachable by ordinary ninja, the user can for example not only spot a major weakness on the opponent but deliver an incision to the artery while in the heat of high speed ninja combat with the same skill as on an operating table

Name: Spasm
Description: The user employs a tiny amount of chakra in a painful squeeze of the victims muscles, causing the muscle to tense up then twitch painfully and involuntarily for a few seconds just after the contact, this is usually enough to cause the victim to say, lose footing or drop a held item and is painful enough to cause a momentary lapse in concentration.

Name: Hairline eye spintering technique
Description: A jutsu in which the user holds a small thread, hair from the body, or similarly proportioned object and straitens it with chakra before blowing it forward and guiding it to move in a strait line directly to the eye of the victim, the hair then sticks in to the iris of the victim. This causes a reaction in which the victims eyes uncontrollably shut and begin to produce tears, blinding them for a post until the hair or string can be removed, vision remains cloudy as the victim adjusts, making it a far more painful but not really damaging version of a smoke bomb for all intents and purposes, used best as a distraction

Name: Infect
Description: The oposite of the medical jutsu's cleansing technique, the chakra of the user is employed to attract bacteria and microbes to the edges of weapons the user, insuring that the weapon is highly not-sterile and will result in an infection on the victims part, this jutsu is also used to instantaneously lace a weapon with any poisons that might be on hand

Name: Acid spit jutsu
Description: A very corrosive acid which is expelled from the mouth. Made from chakra enhanced stomach acids It is capable of being projected far distances, with the strength to even dissolve rocks. However, being as acidic as it is, it must be spat very cautiously from the mouth, making it a very slow attack that will not succeed unless your opponent's speed is hindered or they are paralyzed. At this stage a low amount of acid is produced, only about a thumbs' size per spit, though it can burn skin the skins oils fight the acid fairly effectively, so long term damage is minor

Name: Paresthesia
Description:By pressing a finger against a single nerve on the victims body and using a small amount of chakra the user can actively force the victims limb to "fall asleep" and experience tingling, numbness, suppressed movement and a sort of "pins and needles" feeling for two posts, a common use for this is performing the technique on the hands to temporarily cripple hand signs, or on a leg to slow the victims speed of escape

Name: Proliferation technique
Description: A particularly nasty jutsu that accelerates the progression of an infection, actively using chakra to suppress the immune system of the victim in a given area to allow a poison or pathogen to infect the system faster. A post of continuous contact can speed up an non-sterile injury in to an infected injury, an infected injury in to a cold like symptom and so on, making multipul proliferations dangerous, this can also extend the effects of a poisons duration one post for every one post of direct contact with the jutsu, however the technique can be dispelled with a medical ninjas cleansing technique.

Name: Poison creation
Description: Just as there are many naturally occurring substances that can be combined in order to heal, there are many naturally occurring substances that can be used to harm. Using their knowledge of plants and minerals a medical nin is able to mix together a variety of drugs and poisons that can range from disabling to deadly. It is not always the case however that it is used to harm. This skill is required to create anesthetics and other drugs required to treat patients. This technique allows the user to create any poison from the universal weapons list apart form lethal (requires time and materials to do so)

Name: Chakra scalpel (offensive)
Description: A Ninjutsu technique used, primarily, for field surgery. The ninja concentrates a powerful aura of chakra around their hand, creating a blade capable of tearing through muscles and arteries, or breaking bone, without actually breaking the skin of the person they're using it on. This technique can also be used to repair the chakra system in a patient if for some reason it has been damaged. When used offensively, in combat, it is difficult to concentrate on the length and power of the scalpel, making it harder to successfully hit an enemy's arteries, ensuring a kill.

Name: Blood thinning technique
Description: A technique that uses chakra on the edge of a weapon (or chakra scalpel) to prevent blood from clotting, the result is an injury that dose not stop bleeding like an ordinary injury, and weakens targets over time, the bloodshed can also be used to track a bleeding opponent

Name: Neuralgia
Description: This technique creates unbearable pain. In order to use this technique a medical nin first gathers chakra in their hand and then touch any point on the victims body, the nerves in the immediate area will be assaulted with a pain so severe that it’s debilitating. It is not possible to withstand this pain and targets of this technique will often desperately clutch at the inflicted area while screaming. The pain inflicted by this technique fades but the area affected remains extremely sore for at least a day, no actual injury of any kind is sustained from this attack

Name: Poison cloud breath
Description: Technique creates a cloud of poisonous gas that erupts from the ninja’s mouth in a stream. The cloud clears a distance between the ninja and their enemy, as not to capture the ninja himself within its area of effect. Any enemy caught within its area of effect will succumb to the poison’s effects. This gas has a numbing effect that causes the opponent to lose feeling in their body for two posts (sense of touch), then lose sight for the next two posts. For the last two posts, they are unable to hear anything until their body gives into the poison. At the end of the 6th post, the target loses consciousness for the rest of the thread.

Name: Cripple
Description: The medical ninja's understanding of nerves is so great that with a chakra charged touch the nerves can be paralyze a victim, rendering the effected limb paralyzed entirely for three posts and numb for two posts thereafter, however if the same limb is subject to this jutsu twice in a thread the numbing remains for the duration of the thread

Name: Killing hands jutsu
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of killing chakra, which is the complete opposite of the Healing Hands Technique. Through concentrating their chakra in a manner opposing the healing hands, instead of rebuilding and restoring another person's cells, this jutsu intends to destroy and unravel another person's cells. This technique effects an enemy from the inside only, meaning that the result aren't always spotted by a shinobi unskilled in medicine, or even the victim themselves. Using the jutsu upon one of the appendages, for example, may cause major disruption to the flow of blood to that area (to the point where the appendage is so numb it is useless temporarily). Applying the jutsu to any of the vital organs causes damage related to the effected organ. Furthermore, the jutsu isn't a "touch-and-go" kind of jutsu; One must focus their killing chakra for at least 5 seconds for the jutsu to be effective, so its ideal for situations where the user can establish direct contact and hold it

Name: Bone shattering skill
Description: Using a doctors ability to analise skeletal structure and knowledge of weak points on the body the user gains the ability to dislocate or break bones with simple chakra charged twists, though this is effective the user must charge up a large amount of chakra to use the required force to break the targeted bone and the jutsu requires contact (one post warm up, one post cooldown)
Requires bone healing skill (from the global medical ninjutsu tree) or killing hands and combat surgeon's finesse

Name: ninja poison creation
Description: The user of this technique can create a variety of poisons with unique effects, a poison that raises ones temperature, for example, or causes a a selected symptom or effect, the user can custom craft poisons to the weaknesses of enemies, using medical knowledge and understanding of poisons to decimate opponents of all sorts (note: custom poisons must be submitted and approved but your character can now craft them in rp with mateirals)
Another use for this is to create a temporary, one use poison that adds the effect of one of the users offensive medical ninjutsu (at or below b rank) to a weapon on contact. This poison can only be effective once and expires at the end of the thread if not used (this process takes a post to create the poison)

Name: Central nervous system shock
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja turns their chakra into an electrical pulse which is transmitted into an enemy's body by striking the base of their neck. The electrical impulse travels up their brain stem and disrupts the flow of electricity in the nervous system. The brain cannot work like this, thus all communication between the brain and body are confused, causing a person to move their arm when they should be moving their leg, and generally debilitating them. Only an unusually skilled ninja would be able to overcome such a handicap. Lasts three posts, requires contact on the back of the neck (does not stack, cools down for its duration)

Name: Cell regeneration
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses all of their chakra into one part of their body just before an attack. The moment that attack connects, the chakra activates the natural regeneration of the body's cellular makeup, repairing the damage done by an attack the moment after it is done. An extremely powerful jutsu, and at all times it uses almost all of the ninja's chakra, pretty much ending the battle for the user. This technique can be used only once per thread.

Name: Heart thrust Jutsu
Description: Using chakra at the fingertips, the medical nin is able, with a direct and accurate blow to an opponent's thorax, to cause a slight heart attack, and other serious heart conditions such as VT, VF and so on. The blow must be very accurate and done with exactly two fingers, the chakra at the tips of said fingers travels upon impact to the heart and the arteries surrounding it. The possibilities are quite endless at that point, as the destructive chakra is capable of ripping a part one or two arteries, fracture the heart muscle and even force the coronary veins to tighten, resulting in a mild heart attack.

Name: Chakra poisoning
Description: A jutsu in which the user strikes the opponent flooding their system with their own chakra which has been given the effects of the killing hands, once this has happened it creates a situation where the victim's body will poison itself every time they use chakra, this effect continues until the opponent has had time to rest or lose consciousness, symptoms of the poisoning include dulled senses, lack of balance, nausea, pain and finally serious injury if the user uses chakra persistently enough, this technique could be fatal and result in celular break down of the internal systems if the victim were stubborn enough to continue using chakra under sever poisoning
